With the ability to sign in using Google or email, RoTime features customizable events with flexible start and end times, alerts for time-fixed appointments, and support for all-day events such as holidays, theming, and habits.

Users can create routines using reusable templates for both events and tasks, set specific start times for each day, and view an overview of their routine on a timeboard. The focus-aware user interface minimizes distractions by emphasizing the current event and dimming the rest, while checklists allow tasks to be created within events and marked as checked or skipped.
